Keri is very knowledgeable in the health, wellness and fitness industry fore she graduated from The University of Akron with a Masters degree in Exercise Physiology with a concentration in Adult Fitness, and a Bachelors degree in Sports and Exercise Science. During her collegiate career Keri participated in NJCCA Volleyball, numerous field experiences that include teaching group fitness classes, teaching exercise physiology lab practicals, and accumulating hours in a pain management rehabilitation facility where she worked one on one with patients. These field experiences have helped Keri become an overall health and fitness professional with the ability to work clients from any background.
During her twelve years in the health, wellness & fitness industry she has come to specialize in post rehab training, functional training, sport specific strength and conditioning training, boot camp and HIIT style fitness classes. Keri prides herself on helping clients overcome a challenge and helping clients understand the importance of proper health and wellness principles.
